Contributed a C++ solution for the 2097. Valid Arrangement of Pairs problem. The repository previously lacked an implementation for this problem under the designated directory.

• Memory Usage: 447.42 MB

This solution builds a valid Eulerian path using a directed graph and multimap for efficient backtracking.
