Adds a pprof goroutine dump listening on a unix domain socket at a well known path beneath the terraform work directory. E.g.
/home/coder/.cache/coder/provisioner-0/work/.coder/pprofwith our default cache directory on coderd.This should allow us to further diagnose the
text file busyerror, by seeing where things are hung in the goroutine dump.
