If you need an open source Bootstrap 4 admin dasard, this is the one you need : Many components, very carefully designed and under the MIT license... A very good job.
Simple and Easy to Implement.
Need more details for sub admin access for accessing modules and routes.
Hope you can fix the cons because overall, this panel admin is very great. Waiting for new update =)
