Printing and saving reports
- [Instructor] Let's look at some of the other options we have for things that we regularly do with documents and web pages and such. Remember that you can choose File to save a copy and then have a second copy of this report that you might modify in different ways. You can download the report as a PBIX file. If you are a report owner, you can manage permissions for the report. If you're printing, you're going to print on a page-by-page basis, so you can choose print this page, and then the print dialogue box opens and you can make whatever choices you would like to make and print. You can generate a QR code, and the reason that you might choose to do this is, if you are going to project visualizations from this page or the entire page on a screen, for example, in PowerPoint or elsewhere, and you want people with a mobile phone to be able to navigate to the report. If they have permission, in other words, your colleagues in your organization, then you can generate a QR code and you…
