You can access your Learning billing history directly from your LinkedIn Purchase History page on your Settings & Privacy page, or via the Settings page in your Learning account.
To access your Purchase History from your Settings page in Learning:
You can access your billing history from your desktop device.
Log in to LinkedIn Learning.
Click your profile photo in the upper right corner of your Learning homepage and select Settings.
In the Privacy & Settings section, click Manage. You'll be redirected to the Account preferences page.
Under Subscriptions & payments, select View purchase history.
View and/or print your payments and receipts.
You can access your billing history from the account settings in the mobile app.
Log in to your mobile app.
- Within the
My Courses tab, tap your name at the top of the screen. - Tap the
Settings icon at the top right of the screen. - Tap Manage subscription plan on the Settings page.
You can access your billing history from your LinkedIn Learning for teams app.
Log in to LinkedIn Learning.
Click your profile photo in the upper-right corner of your Learning homepage and select Settings.
Next to Privacy & Settings, select Manage.
Under Subscriptions & payments, select View purchase history.
