Configure columns and statuses in your team-managed project

This page is for team-managed projects

To check whether your project is team-managed or company-managed, select More actions (•••) next to the project name in either the header or the sidebar. At the bottom of the menu that opens, you’ll be able to view whether your project is team-managed or company-managed.

If you're in a company-managed project, check out these company-managed project articles instead.

Usually, your board reflects your team’s process. The columns and their statuses, therefore, represent a working state. The default columns and statuses are To do, In progress, and Done.

You can add, edit, rearrange, or delete columns that are assigned one status directly on your board. If you’ve assigned more than one status to a column, use the Columns and statuses settings page to manage your board’s working state.
