Infrastructure Layer: Leverage core competency and structural advantage to offer infrastructure tuned for AI: #NaaS, #Cybersecurity and #sovereign-IaaS. 2. Platform layer: Leverage the AI tooling Telcos are building for their use and offer it to enterprises, which will provide meaningful value and help eliminate shadow AI, among other things. 3. Solutions layer: Telcos have an excellent opportunity to adopt a product mindset rather than a cost-cutting mindset to create new solutions that help enterprises with their specific use cases.
