[MEF Members] Provide account name in your wiki user profile to access private SDK repositories

Hi,

If you're MEF member and you'd like to access the private LSO SDK repositories please update your MEF wiki user profile settings with the account name. There is a new field added to the user profile settings where you could set this information. Access to the private LSO SDK repositories would be granted only to provided accounts. It would be updated periodically.
